We are set to present a curated booth at India Art Fair 2023, dedicated to the medium of painting. Inspired by Gieve Patel’s 1985 essay, “To Pick up a Brush,” our booth explores the mediatic and formal possibilities inherent to painting. Featuring the works of Harsh Nambiar, Shailee Mehta, Tito Stanley SJ, and Vikrant Bhise, this presentation highlights new voices that embody the language of strokes, colours, and relationships, offering a thoughtful homage to the essence of painting.
